Everything you need to know before visiting one of our showrooms.
Do I need an appointment to visit a showroom?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during our regular opening hours. If you would like dedicated time with a tile specialist or are bringing plans for a large project, we recommend booking an appointment so we can prepare samples in advance.
What can I expect when I visit?
Each showroom displays our full range of porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, mosaic and large-format tiles. You can compare finishes side-by-side, see real installations on display walls and floors, and take home samples to try in your own space.
Can I take samples home from the showroom?
Yes. Most showroom tiles are available as take-home samples for £3 each, and our team can help you pick a curated set so you can compare options under your own lighting before ordering.
Is parking available at the showrooms?
All three locations offer free or paid parking nearby. Our Slough and Southall showrooms have on-site or adjacent customer parking; Twickenham has metered street parking and a public car park within a short walk.
Can I place an order at the showroom?
Absolutely. Our team can quote, calculate quantities, and place the order for you in-store. We can also arrange delivery to your home, project site, or installer directly from the showroom.
Do you offer design advice in the showroom?
Yes. Our showroom specialists can help you co-ordinate tiles, trims and grout colours for your room. For larger projects we offer complimentary one-on-one design consultations - just let us know when you book.
